CXBN^TM is the climate initiative of SDC Consulting, Inc., a California corporation of the United States of America.

This initiative, "operation", identifies commercially viable solutions to the climate crisis. In addition to being a forum for current ideas, our "service" promotes input (user-contributed), and novel (ai-generated) solutions, via group wisdom.

Compendium: Our global shared resource, or "compendium", of climate-stabilizing solutions is anonymously peer-reviewed and ranked by contributors. In return for the contribution of an idea, you may vote on ideas from other contributors thus participating in group wisdom, and novel solutions.

Viability: Our assertion is that for-profit enterprise is the fastest and most reliable path to resolving our dilemma.

Submissions: The ideas uploaded to this Service are considered public domain, and subject to anonymous peer review and voting. Ideas do not need to be original or unique, and are best represented visually as a diagram, infographic or pic, uploaded from your device. The terms "idea" and "solution" are used interchangeably.

Approval: To be considered a contributor your idea must be approved, see content. Contributors are entitled to peer review and vote on ideas from other contributors.

Voting: Ideas are voted on, and ranked, according to three factors:

Anonymity: Two-way anonymity in the voting process enables the promotion of ideas on a best-efforts basis.

Artificial Intelligence: We engage artificial intelligence to augment the operation, thereby introducing novel solutions to the compendium.

Content: Ideas, comments, reviews and other input, "Content", are limited to critical appreciation. We may remove Content provided by and/or may prohibit access to, anyone providing Content that may, or may not, be considered:

1. Frivolous, inaccurate or deliberately misleading;
2. Profane, offensive or compromising;
3. In violation of any privileges or rights;
4. In breach of any applicable state, federal or international law;
5. In violation of the intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, or trade secrets of SDC Consulting, Inc., or any affiliates thereof;
6. Compromising to the security of the service;
7. Of insufficient detail to be useful in the operation;
8. Containing an invalid or falsified email address;
9. Containing an email address, or domain name, that has persistently sent unsolicited, bulk email;
10. Out-of-date, or otherwise deleterious.

COOKIE POLICY

We store state information on the device used to access our service to ensure the security, integrity and continuity of our operation in the form of a first-party (domain) session cookie.

CONTRIBUTORS OR ANY THIRD PARTY, "USER", AGREE TO USE THIS SERVICE "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL SDC CONSULTING, INC., OR EMPLOYERS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSERS, AFFILIATES THEREOF, COLLECTIVELY "SUPPLIER", BE LIABLE TO USER, FOR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE BY USER OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES INCURRED BY USER, EVEN IF USER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES. FURTHER USER AGREES THAT THE TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND ARISING AS A RESULT OF, OR RELATED TO, USE OF THIS SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, STRICTLY LIABILITY AND NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE GROUNDS, SHALL BE LIMITED TO GENERAL MONEY DAMAGES AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS RECEIVED BY SUPPLIER FROM USER FOR SUCH SPECIFIC PURPOSE. IF ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS FOUND BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO BE UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THE REMAINDER OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
